Contest Rules


  1. No purchase necessary
  2. Employees, families, agencies, promotional partners and affiliate of the following are ineligible to participate. Including KCSG TV, Southwest Media LLC, Stephen Wade Auto Group & Corporation, related companies, agencies, and assigns.
  3. You may register online at www.KCSG.com or enter by mail at 845 East Red Hills Parkway St. George UT 84770. All entries must be received by the contest ending date. Prize winners will be awarded from all qualified participants and will be required to confirm eligibility and complete an affidavit of eligibility. Ineligible winners shall be disqualified and a new prize winner will be selected. Contest / Sweepstakes operators are not responsible for lost or misdirected entries either email or regular mail.
  4. Prizes awarded my not be redeemed for cash and are not transferable and are accepted as is. Contest / Sweepstakes entrants and prize winners by participation, agree to hold harmless KCSG TV, Southwest Media LLC, Stephen Wade Auto Group & Corporation and their promotional partners, employees.
  5. Prizes not collected within ten days of notification shall be forfeited and no make up prize shall be offered. Expiration dates and limitations on prizes are the responsibility of the prize winner. Winner must show picture ID upon prize pick up.
  6. Prize winner's names, likeness and or voice may be used for promotional purposes without further remuneration. Additional copies of these rules are available at the KCSG business office located at 1275 East Red Hills Parkway St. George UT. 84770. You may also request rules by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the business office address. Rules are also posted on the KCSG Web site at www.kcsg.com

Employees of KCSG TV, Southwest Media LLC, Stephen Wade Auto Group & Corporation participating sponsors and their agencies and families are not eligible. All entrants must be at least 21 years of age (unless otherwise specified).... Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decision of the judges, which are final on all matters pertaining to the Contest / Sweepstakes.
